My experience as a trainer...
This is a throwback picture of myself and Curt Haywood when I worked with the Central Ohio Senior Olympics.
Many may not know that Curt won the amateur Mr. World in Columbus, Ohio back when Arnold Schwarzenegger won his first bodybuilding competition here in the U.S. Mr. World.
Curt showed me covers of Muscle Magazines with him and his wife Sharon on the covers.
Curt started competitive cycling because of his body changing over the years but told me that he still continued to do certain bodybuilding exercises because he and Sharon lived in Hocking Hills and had a farm that he needed to stay in shape for.
I train kids who need help with coordination, weightloss and different skills and I train all different ages of teens, adults. Older adults who sometimes have trouble simply getting around and getting out of a chair. I also train special populations who find that if they want to enjoy life they better make lifestyle changes and start exercising a priority.
Everyone I have trained through the years have one simple thing in common...they feel the difference.
I ask clients to Not just look for fat loss and weightloss but to look at the whole picture. You must make a Choice to take a Chance or your life will never Change. The 3 C's of life. The body is an amazing machine... how do you nourish and exercise your machine?
Yours in good health,
John
