Fall festivals are a great way to get outdoors and have some fun, food and yes, $hop! Food choices can actually be pretty good because most of it it proteins cooked over fire. Turkey, pork, beef and bean soups.
Another favorite of mine is old fashioned trail bologna and cheese.
For dessert pumpkin pie is a great choice. Loaded with vitamins, minerals and fiber. Yes it has sugar but as I always remind my clients and online clients part of life's enjoyment is food.
