Alcohol can put your fat burning to a hault. Sure it's easy to have a few drinks, laughs, munch on salty foods and drink a few more.
Alcohol alone can cause enough issues but if you are trying to loose weight remember tbe golden rule: Alcohol is a priority to the body and not in a good way, it is considered a toxin by the body and the body shifts into a different mode to make burning the alcohol and getting rid of it top priority.
Fat burning stops, it effects growth hormone especially when you are a late drinker who goes to sleep drunk. All tbings stop while you sleeping to sober up and burn the alcohol.
Fat storage becomes worse when you gorge eat while drinking.
I am not saying that you cannot loose weight with "Moderate Drinking" but it will make your fat loss journey a lot more difficult.
Remember to stay mindful when eating and drinking alcohol. The problem again just like with eating is when you step outside moderation and go overboard.

A great alternative to the taco shell. This simple recipe will help you to make cheese taco shells.
Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Place a small mound of shredded cheese in an even circular layer. Once the cheese begins to crisp up, flip over and cook for a few more seconds. Once it looks more firms, carefully lift it off with a spatula and place it over the horizontal spoon handle to form a taco shell. once it hardens, set aside and continue making cheese shells.
